Michael Carner
Michael Carner is a trial attorney specializing in personal injury trials, medical malpractice and nursing home injury litigation. Mr. Carner is a graduate with honors of Cornell University and a graduate of Fordham Law School, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Through the years he has won many large personal injury verdicts on behalf of the firm's personal injury and medical malpractice clients and has dedicated hundreds of hours of free legal work to two Long Island families who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attack. In 2004, working on a strictly volunteer basis, Mr. Carner secured verdicts on behalf of those two families exceeding $5,000,000. Mr. Carner earned Trial Advocate status with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America upon completion of the Ultimate Trial Advocacy Course at Harvard University during 2003.
