Marvin Waxner Prior to joining the firm, Marvin Waxner enjoyed an illustrious career as a Senior Director of Publishing with Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., a leading publisher of legal texts. He was responsible for such well known publications as Moore's Federal Practice, Weinstein's Evidence, Collier on Bankruptcy, and New York Civil Practice. In addition, he was an author of the multi volume series entitled New York Criminal Practice. Mr. Waxner serves the firm as chief appellate counsel. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in Federal Courts. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association Professional Ethics & Civility Committee.
