THERE IS NO FEE FOR A CONSULTATION.

If you have a viable claim, you would retain -- or hire -- the firm by way of a Retainer Agreement. Ordinarily, personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee Retainer. That means attorney fees are due only if there is a recovery on your claims. The traditional fee for lawyers to handle such cases is one-third (33.33%) of the sum recovered, after deducting expenses necessary for the prosecution of your case. On the subject of fees, our retainer agreement reads as follows:

"Thirty-three and one-third (33 1/3) percent of the sum recovered as legal fees, whether recovered by suit, settlement or otherwise, plus all costs, disbursements and expenses. The legal fee shall be calculated as a percentage of the recovery after deduction of costs, disbursements and expenses. In the event that I make no monetary recovery, no legal fee shall be due."
If you have any questions, or would like to discuss attorney fees in more detail, please feel free to call us at 631-543-7070.
